Diana's enthusiasm for metalwork began with Survival Research Laboratories, better know as SRL, where she learned all aspects of metal fabrication, welding, and custom design from some of San Francisco's most talented metalworkers. She holds several certifications for both standard and overhead welding on all types of metal within Tig, Mig, and Arc welding.
Diana's desire for greater creative freedom as well as her talent for collaborating with clients on custom projects led to the creation of DC Metalwork.
While many young girls dream of being princesses, Diana Coopersmith longed to make suits of armor, swords and shields for the knights of Excalibur. As a grown up, the native San Franciscan still loves to work behind the scenes creating metal work of exceptional artistry and craftsmanship on every project. Diana combines unsurpassed technical qualifications with a genuine concern for the satisfaction of every client.
